Four steps to apply to a Russian university
1-.Choosing the academic program
Select the study program and the university. Kleos company will help you to choose the program and consult you on all the existing programs and faculties.
2. Sending the required documents
Send all the needed documents by email, in application KLEOS Edu or our site:
– a copy of your passport    Â
– a copy of your educational certificate with grades
– an application form
3. Waiting for the acceptance letter
Within 4-5 days after sending documents a student gets an acceptance letter with mentioning all the details necessary for study. Kleos company prepares and sends a study invitation letter for a student to be able to get a visa. The waiting period makes 30-45 days. Our company helps a student:
– to prepare all the documents needed for a visa
– to arrange a trip to Russia
– meets at the airport
– to transfer to the selected city and university    Â
– to accommodate in dormitory and register in the university
4. Arrival to Russia!
After arriving to Russia a student should prepare the following documents for providing into university :
– Passpot         Â
– Medical conclusion that proves that the student does not suffer from infectious diseases
– Educational Certificate assured by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your country and the Embassy of Russia
